12/24V constant current or constant potential charger. Discharge from 0-50A, Charge at 0-25A. VAC in: 115-230 adj.

Mode of Operation:
Discharge: Select Mode - Set test time. Connect battery to be tested and turn AC switch on.
Press start and adjust current to test rate.
Displays show elapsed time, voltage and current. Meters show rate of discharge, end of discharge voltage, and timer shows total elapsed time. Voltmeter shows end-point, voltage, timer shows elapsed time. Displays hold test data until reset.
Charge: Select Mode - Constant Potential of Constant Current. Connect battery. Set timer. Select charging voltage. Turn AC switch on, voltmeter reads open circuit voltage of battery. Press start and adjust charge current. In Constant Potential (voltage) mode, charge current will taper as the battery voltage rises.
